Rob Herman

Rob Herman serves as Chairman of Bul Harbor Capital and GFP Private Wealth, an affiliate of Bull Harbor Capital, and leads The 4100 Group Financial Services (4100FS), GFP's parent company, where he is responsible for overall strategy and growth. 

Rob's diverse professional background includes serving as President of Logix Investment Management, lead equity analyst for Goldman Sachs Global Investment Research, engagement leader for strategy consultancy Monitor Company, Chief Strategy Officer for Away.com (later acquired by Orbitz), and early in his career, a Congressional Communications Director. He holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

His community involvement includes board positions and advisory roles with numerous philanthropic organizations, including the United Way of Greater Cincinnati, Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center Foundation (2024 Division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics Champion Award Winner), University of Cincinnati IDD Education Center, and various investment committees. He hosts the SuperPerformers podcast, powered by 4100FS.  Rob and his wife Valerie keep busy with three teenage boys.
