Vicki Shubert

As Chief Operating Officer of Bull Harbor Capital, Vicki oversees all aspects of operations and leads the firm’s Human Resources function. With more than 25 years of experience in Wealth Management, she brings deep industry knowledge and a proven record of operational leadership. Vicki began her career as a New Accounts Representative with Smith Barney and advanced through increasingly senior roles, including Branch Manager and Assistant Complex Manager, before most recently serving as a Market Business Service Officer with Morgan Stanley. Her hands-on experience across both the operational and sales sides of the business enables her to build effective teams, streamline processes, and support the firm’s strategic growth. Throughout her career, Vicki has been recognized for her ability to cultivate strong organizational cultures, develop talent, and implement systems that enhance efficiency and client service.

She is also committed to giving back to her community and currently serves as Treasurer of the Atlee High School PTA. She is most proud of her role as Mom to her two children, a daughter who is 19 and a son who is 17, who continue to inspire her both personally and professionally.
